We understand that the most important part of a wedding is the ceremony; specifically, the vows that are said between a couple as they enter into a lifetime commitment with each other. Our North Carolina elopement packages eliminate the time commitment (and expense) of planning a large wedding but still fulfills the vision of your big day. Our all-inclusive package includes all of the details. All you need to do is show up!

1. What are the available ceremony locations?

  • You can choose between The Pier, The Grove, or The Barn (with a $500 upcharge).

2. What days are the elopement packages available?

  • Our elopement packages are available Monday through Thursday.

3. How many guests can we invite?

  • The Intimate Ceremony includes up to 10 guests. For the Intimate Ceremony + Cocktail Reception, you can have up to 25 guests, and for the Micro Wedding, up to 35 guests. You may add additional guests to each package up to a max of 50 guests (including couple & wedding party):

    • Intimate Ceremony $10/ per additional guest over 10 up to 50 guests max.

    • Intimate Ceremony & Cocktail Reception $17.50 per additional guest over 25 up to 50 guests max.

    • Micro Wedding $25 per additional guest over 35 up to 50 guests max.

  • 4 hours of venue access, dressing room, wedding management team, ceremony location, ceremony chairs, decor items, silk bouquet and boutonniere, 4 cocktail tables & white linen, cutting cake, drink station, 25 guests.

6. What is included in the Micro Wedding package?

  • 6 hours of venue access, dressing room, wedding management team, ceremony & reception location, Tables, chairs & white linen, ceremony & reception decor items, silk bouquet and boutonniere for the couple, Grazing Table, Drink Station, 2-tier cake & cupcakes.

7. Can we add more guests?

  • Yes, additional guests can be added up t 50 guests total for an extra fee per person depending on the package.

    • Intimate Ceremony $10/ per additional guest over 10 up to 50 guests max.

    • Intimate Ceremony & Cocktail Reception $17.50 per additional guest over 25 up to 50 guests max.

    • Micro Wedding $25 per additional guest over 35 up to 50 guests max.

8. Are fresh flowers available?

  • Yes, you can upgrade to fresh floral bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and other arrangements for an additional fee.

9. What rental items are available?

  • You can rent items like a greenery wall, love boat, chargers, napkins, flatware, stemware, and place settings.

10. How do we book a package?

  • Contact us through our website or schedule a tour to discuss details and availability.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept cash, check, and ACH (bank transfer).

12. Is there a down payment required?

  • Yes, a 50% down payment is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 60 days before the event. If your event is less than 60 days from when you book, you will need to pay in full to secure your date.
