What is Your Favorite Part About Working with Engaged Couples?
The owners are both huge fans of marriage. The joy our hearts have is truly hard to describe each couple is special and when we meet them and hear how they met each story is uniquely them and it resonates throughout the planning and until their special day. Love brings such amazing joy to all our lives.
To You, What is the Best Part of a Wedding Day?
Seeing the sheer delight in their faces as a couple and the excitement of their guests that the moment they have waited for has finally happened.
Do You Have Any New or Speciality Services You Can Share with Us?
That this day is about them and we do custom menus geared to what they want. We have our standard menus but strive to make their day memorable. They get to work directly with me the catering and event director and my team throughout. We do all services from casual to formal.
It’s important to note that PRIME Barbecue offers couples a time to come for a full tasting (including appetizers, entrees, and desserts). They will even prepare custom items and work around any dietary restrictions. On your wedding day, we gift each couple with a custom picnic basket with plates, stemware, silverware, and their favorite beverage. That way they have food packed up from their wedding reception to enjoy later. We like to create little touches that are special and memorable.
