5 “Practical” Details for AGB Brides When Starting to Wedding Plan

Now that you can envision your wedding day here, let’s talk about practical details! For brides that have chosen the Amazing Graze Barn as their venue, this is the go-to blog to help you plan and feel at ease for all the more “practical” details of your day.

#1 Parking and Vehicles

We have lots of parking for your big day. Primarily, your guests will park in the field. There is a gravel lot behind the barn and a gravel driveway leading up to the backside of the barn that is best parking for the bridal party, vendors, and elderly guests.

Please note vehicles can not be left at the venue overnight. If you are utilizing our Farm Stay, you may keep vehicles at the Farm Stay house.

#4 Building Size & Capacity

This info is important to keep in mind when planning for guest count…

The Amazing Graze Barn is approximately 7,500 square feet with an upstairs chapel and downstairs reception area. We can comfortably seat up to 130 guests inside with room for a dance floor and buffet.

Our ideal capacity is up to 150 with a maximum of 200 by utilizing the covered patio for additional seating.

#5 Wedding Day Coordinator

We have partnered with Wedding Planning NC to assist our couples with Day of Coordination services. A Day of Coordinator is included in your package* however you are not required to use WPNC.

A professional Planner / Day of Coordinator is required. If you have another planner you would like to use, just let us know.
